Established in 1909 Golden State Box Factory was transformed into a corporation on the 14th day of January 1921 by Max Russakov, Lee Seigenberg, and Harry B. Sher. Thirteen years later the corporation was converted to a sole proprietorship until it was formed as a limited partnership, Golden State Box Factory, LLC in 1999.
